Frix provides AI-powered communication and call intake assistance tools designed to help businesses handle inbound calls and related workflows.

Frix is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not act as an attorney, employee, or agent of any customer. Frix is a software and communication tool only.

Any output, summary, transcript, routing, or communication generated through the Services is automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some cases.

You acknowledge that Frix is a tool, not a decision-maker.

No Legal Advice

Frix does not provide legal services or legal advice.

If you are a law firm or legal professional, you understand and agree that:

  • Frix does not establish an attorney-client relationship
  • Frix does not determine case merit, legal strategy, or legal outcomes
  • Any information generated by Frix must be independently reviewed and verified by you

You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information collected or generated through the Services.

Customer Responsibility

You retain full responsibility for:

  • All client and prospect communications
  • Intake decisions
  • Follow-up actions
  • Legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance
  • Verification of all information collected through the Services

You are solely responsible for determining how to use the Services in your business.

Law Firm Specific Disclosures

If you are a law firm, attorney, or legal services provider, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Frix does not guarantee that any lead, caller, or inquiry will become a client
  • Frix is not responsible for missed, delayed, misrouted, or lost client opportunities
  • Frix does not guarantee compliance with bar rules, confidentiality rules, advertising rules, or professional responsibility requirements
  • You are responsible for reviewing and supervising all client-facing communications and workflows that involve the Services
  • You are responsible for providing any disclosures or notices required by law, ethics rules, or regulation

No Guarantee of Results

Frix makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Lead volume
  • Client acquisition
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue
  • Response outcomes
  • Call capture rates
  • Business performance

Any examples, case studies, performance statements, or illustrations are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results.

Service Limitations

You acknowledge that the Services may experience interruptions, outages, delays, bugs, errors, or failures.

Frix does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case or business environment.

Fees, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features of the Services require payment.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Frix to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

If Frix offers a guarantee or refund policy, that policy will be described on the applicable checkout or pricing page. Any refund request is subject to the terms of that offer and Frix's review.

Frix may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

Data Collection and Use

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Frix may collect and process:

  • Transcripts
  • Caller details
  • Usage and performance data

Frix uses this data to operate, maintain, support, and improve the Services.

As between you and Frix, you retain ownership of your business data and customer data submitted to or processed through the Services.

Frix may process such data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Call Recording and Consent

Calls handled through the Services may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, or summarized.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws regarding call recording, notice, consent, privacy, confidentiality, and data handling in the jurisdictions where you operate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services:

  • In violation of any law or regulation
  • To deceive, defraud, or mislead any person
  • To impersonate another person or entity improperly
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • In any manner that could harm Frix, its users, or third parties
  • In any manner inconsistent with professional, ethical, or regulatory obligations applicable to your business

Frix may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers, including telephony, hosting, transcription, and AI providers.

Frix is not responsible for outages, failures, or acts of third-party service providers.

Intellectual Property

Frix and all related technology, software, branding, content, and materials are owned by Frix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost clients, lost opportunities, reputational harm, business interruption, or data loss.

Frix's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Frix during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frix and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your business operations
  • Your communications with callers or clients
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law, regulation, or professional rules
  • Your reliance on information generated by the Services without independent review

Suspension and Termination

Frix may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Payment is overdue
  • Your use creates risk to Frix or others
  • Required by law or third-party provider action

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes and Modifications

Modifications to the Services: Frix may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Changes to These Terms: Frix may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
